Storytelling to communicate employee benefits - How Fidelity Investments is boosting adoption & engagement.
Fidelity Investments, A Boston-based multinational financial services corporation with an office in Bengaluru, India has taken some interesting measures to ensure their employees are educated about their benefits and are adopting them to the fullest.
They realized that effective communication was the only way to improve the adoption rate of company policies, and hence deployed Beneflix, their first attempt to create a brand for its benefits.
The results? More employees are now actively contributing their thoughts and questions and the adoption of employee benefits has seen a 10% - 15% uptick since Beneflix was deployed.
Check out ETHR’s article as they interact with Narayanan Vijayaraghavan (Head - Compensation & benefits at Fidelity Investments) on Beneflix and how they are leveraging it to improve employee engagement and communication.
Studies show women returning to work are seeing an 18% increase in job openings!
A study by Spectrum Talent Management reports an 18% increase in job opportunities for women rejoining the workforce after career breaks. This rise is due to public and private sector efforts to promote gender diversity and has mostly been in healthcare, education, BFSI, and tech.
Contributing factors include a shift towards inclusive workplaces, more educated women in professional roles, diversity initiatives, flexible work options, and demand for diverse skills.
