Dunzo, the Bengaluru-based Quick Commerce company has been facing a lot of heat in recent times, and in an attempt to survive, they have announced a fresh set of lay-offs.
This news comes as a follow-up to the news of them being in talks for a new round of funding of up to $30M in an attempt to avoid being shut down. And a step towards cost-cutting and ensuring survival, they have decided to lay off 40% of their workforce along with some additional steps taken to cut operational costs. Read the full news here.

Today’s workforce is prioritizing a healthy workplace in exchange for a salary cut: Reports
Based on what recent studies and reports state, it looks like 97% of Indian Gen Z and Millenials are okay with taking a pay cut in their salaries in exchange for a healthy workplace and relationships with co-workers.
Added to this, the HP Work Relationship index also stated that while only 27% of the global workforce reports a healthy workplace relationship, India is seeing a different scenario where 50% of the workforce has shown workplace contentment. Now that’s some news!
