From 9 to 90 members: How DeepIntent scaled its team using Cutshort
Earlier this week, the team headed down to the DeepIntent office here in Pune for a quick catch-up with their hiring team and to discuss their upcoming hiring plans.
During the conversation, they mentioned some pretty interesting things about their journey with the product.
The challenges they were facing
When DeepIntent started scaling their team, they had to face quite an interesting set of challenges.
Right from discovering the right kind of talent among all the noise to being able to efficiently scale their hiring process, they went through a bunch of experimentation and iteration to find the right solution.
